What a way to end your weekend/begin your week! A basic class is for anyone who is new to yoga, revisiting the basic or any practitioner who prefers a mindful Vinyasa format. Vinyasa simply means linking breath to movement. In a basic class we will bring together the breath, the body and the mind, through the practice of asanas. We will find variations suitable to the needs of individual students. Class ends with restorative poses to revive your vital energy…a calming, healing and soothing way to end your practice.
