With a long history in martial arts, dance, acrobatic swing and aerial arts, Dani is profoundly aware of the amazing feats the human body (and spirit!) are capable of when trained properly, efficiently and safely.  Fully adept in mat, apparatus, props and assists, Dani helps to obtain individual goals along with guiding you toward your center, encouraging you to move from your core to preform not only the exercises in class but to apply to your movement through life for a stronger, healthier body and mind.
