Dance should be fun, challenging and give you a good workout. Dance at Move With Grace is for everyone! There's no better way to keep fit than by finding an exercise you love. Our classes are also taught by world class teachers that will help you study your craft. If you need something that is low impact and works your waistline and arms, try belly dancing or ballet... Need more cardio? Try Zimbawean, West African or Samba! Ready to explore movement? Try Modern or Hip Hop. The sky's the limit and we'll keep you on your toes...

BALLET FOR ADULTS

Ballet for Adults at Move With Grace studio is fun work-out reminiscent of your childhood experience of ballet with a twist. We will work of everything from turns (pirouettes), jumps, and centre work. This class is a great discipline that will not only teach you about ballet, but it will teach you grace, sense of balance, flexibility and good posture. Physical benefits include body toning and fluidity of your movement. In this casual class we dance to contemporary music such as Jill Scott, Radio Head and Art of Noise. Our warm up will get your heart pumping and your body toned back toned toned back to the strong dancer inside of you. Class end with improvised choregraphy which borrow inspiration from great modern and ballet choreographers and yours truly!

Attire: Breathable dance wear. Ballet, lyrical or half sole shoes.
