Alice has been studying dance since she took her first creative movement class at age four. In 2008, she earned her degree in Dance and French Literature magna cum laude from the Alvin Ailey/ Fordham BFA program. While at The Ailey School, Alice studied intensively in ballet, classical modern techniques, and jazz, and taught technique and creative movement to younger students. Professionally, Alice has performed with ACF Dance, in City Hall Park with Tami Stronach Dance, and in self-produced performances for corporate events in Miami and Barcelona. She is strongly influenced by her work with the Liz Lerman Dance Exchange, and her teaching philosophy stems from a belief that movement should always be therapeutic and uplifting. She is eager to share her love and knowledge of dance with her students, and is especially excited for the many things she is sure to learn from them!
