Jenny has always been interested in movement and how it affects one on the physical, emotional, and subconscious level. She received her 200 hour certification from Grow Yoga in Columbus OH, after she completed her BFA in dance from Ohio State University in 2006. Passionate about the healing benefits of yoga, Jenny’s class emphasizes a relaxing yet challenging practice. Her classes are inspired by Anusara based Hatha, Ashtanga, and Restorative yoga practices and often include meditation, pranayama, and visualization. She strives to create an environment in which students feel safe to explore and observe their bodies while finding a place of balance both on and off the mat. She loves to share the gift of yoga and believes in its ability to complement anyone’s life in the form of physical health and/or emotional healing.
